Strong low-frequency output capability: In the speed-sensorless mode, 150% of the rated torque can be output at 0.5Hz; In the encoder mode, 200% of extremely low speed and high torque output can be achieved at 0Hz to ensure smooth start of heavy load.
Flexible expansion capability: Built-in multiple analog and digital input/output interfaces, supports Modbus communication protocol, and provides PG expansion card and fieldbus expansion card interfaces.
Perfect overload defense line: Designed with an overload capacity of 150% of the rated current for 60 seconds, it is equipped with multiple motor protection curves and a logic for maintaining the machine without stopping in case of instantaneous power failure.
The EV3000 series frequency converter adopts vector control technology. By decoupling the magnetic current and torque current of the motor, it achieves rapid response and accurate control of torque, and can perform wide-range speed regulation operation and torque control with very high control accuracy. It supports speed sensor vector control, no speed sensor vector control, V/F control and other control modes. The speed control accuracy can reach ±0.05% with speed, ±0.5% without speed, and the starting torque can reach 200%/0rpm with speed and 150%/0.5Hz without speed.
