The ICS Triplex T9432 from Yueyang Tongtu functions as the field sensing node within the Trusted® or AADvance safety system architecture. It acquires analog signals from field transmitters measuring and converts them into digital values for the safety controller.

4. Isolation: Channel-to-channel and channel-to-backplane isolation at ±1.5 kVDC withstand for 1 minute.
5. HART communication: The module supports HART pass-through, allowing diagnostic data retrieval from smart field devices without interrupting the analog measurement.
The module incorporates three independent processing slices. If one slice fails, the other two continue to operate, and the module maintains full functionality.
Signal types are software-configurable through the Trusted Toolset configuration software. Different field devices can be accommodated without hardware changes, reducing the need for multiple module types in inventory.
The ICS Triplex T9432 supports online replacement without system shutdown. Note that the slot should be placed in maintenance mode via software before removal to avoid triggering spurious alarms.
The module continuously monitors power supply integrity, signal quality, and internal circuitry.
